Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 2-3 weeks to create your order. Expect an email within this time frame to let you know your order is on the way! 

All customs are made to order so this time os needed to paint the trainers/sneakers to the highest standards. 

For local buyer from the Derby area in the UK - STORE PICKUP - Orders can be picked up daily. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Address - 37 Willson Road, Littleover, Derby, DE23 1BY

FLAT RATE SHIPPING  Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 weeks using Royal Mail tracked 48 (for UK deliveries) Or Royal Main International (for non-UK deliveries). The price of shipping will be calculated during checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Boundless Customs is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
